RSS and Podcast instructions:

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Simply put it's a way you can subscribe to web content so that it comes to you rather than you browsing to the content.Typically, the information comes to you in the form of a headline or summary. You can choose to read more or not. It's also much easier to subscribe and unsubsvribe. The type of software that handles all this on your computer is called an aggregator (because it can receive information from multiple sources).

Valley Covenant has two RSS feeds:

1. The VCC News Feed provides access to the lastest sermons and church news on our website. To subscribe, copy the link

and paste it into your RSS software following its instructions for adding RSS feeds. Mozilla's free Firefox browser and Thunderbird email software support RSS and run on Macs and PCs.

2. The VCC Podcast allows you to listen to our sermons on your computer or portable mp3 player. The link for podcasts is

There's a long list of podcast software to choose from or you could simply start with Juice to subscribe to podcasts and iTunes (or similar) to listen to the audio content and load it on your portable mp3 player (optional). They're both free and run on Macs and PCs.
